Resistivity Prediction Model for Basalt–Polypropylene Fiber-Reinforced Concrete

چکیده

As a new cement-matrix composite material, fiber-reinforced concrete performs excellently in freeze–thaw resistance, tensile and seepage resistance. Since resistivity can be used to evaluate the performance of concrete, basalt–polypropylene (BPFRC) was investigated this study. Various parameters such as fiber type, content, water–binder ratio were also analyzed. The BPFRC tested by an improved two-electrode alternating current (AC) method, differences analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP). results showed that adding affected BPFRC, basalt had more significant effect than polypropylene fiber. sensitive ratio, which negative correlation. In addition, 365-day model for established considering variables fiber, ambient temperature, relative humidity. hydration equations various cementitious materials derived, time-varying developed. Finally, lays foundation further building relationship between performance.

Microplane Model M6f for Fiber Reinforced Concrete

The new microplane model M6f for fiber reinforced concrete features several improvements over the earlier versions: (i) An explicit volumetric-deviatoric split to no split transition formulation in tension which eliminates spurious contraction under tension that the earlier models suffered; (ii) tension-compression load cycles are now correctly simulated using the loading/unloading rules prescr...

A micromorphic model for steel fiber reinforced concrete.

A new formulation to model the mechanical behavior of high performance fiber reinforced cement composites with arbitrarily oriented short fibers is presented. The formulation can be considered as a two scale approach, in which the macroscopic model, at the structural level, takes into account the mesostructural phenomenon associated with the fiber-matrix interface bond/slip process. This phenom...

Tension Softening Behavior of Fiber Reinforced Concrete

The project aims to study tensile softening behavior of fiber reinforced concrete .Concrete is very much weak in tension but by addition of randomly oriented short crimped steel fibers will change the behavior from brittle to ductile. In the present work, the steel fibers were added at the volume fraction, being 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% to the normal strength concrete and high strength concrete. The ...
